The pavements they installed are keep sinking and falling apart. It is less than one year and this is the 3rd time we had to contact the premier pools for the same issues as well as the other problems we have noticed on the pool. The more frustrated part is that whenever we call the office for the issues, I don't hear anything back within a timely business manner and we have to call them back every week to remind if someone is scheduled to come out and fix the issue. This is the 3rd time I contacted the company and again there is no replay or nobody seems to be scheduled to come out to see the problems. There were 5 kids running around the pool on the pavements and one of the kids almost fall into the hole of the sinking pavement. The other kids called me and I went to check the areas, and I noticed there are other areas of the pavements are also falling apart. I am so glad that none of the kids got injured at the time. Now I had to tell the kids no more running around on the pavements till the issues are completely fixed. It will be a lawsuit against the company if the kid actually got injured due to the sinking pavements! Finally, I gave 3 stars because I do still believe they are the one of the best company for custom design inground pool in this area and my family, and all my kids' friends love to play in our pool. Some of their employees also worked very hard to meet our expectation during the construction as well. However, I will take the legal action if the issues are not fixed within a timely business manner under the warranty they promised. Update - they says they will be calling me to schedule the appointment. I didn't get any phone call from your office today and I had to call your office again and nobody answer the phone. I had to leave the message.

We shopped around and ultimately decided to go with Premier. We had an amazing salesman, Joe Mazer, who came to our home multiple times for design changes, took our calls anytime day or night to answer any questions we had and was very hands on during the entire process. Cody was our Pool Supervisor and he was also just as hands on and awesome to work with. Of course during any pool build you have hiccups but we were very impressed at how quick any issues were addressed. Everybody that we have had work on our pool was very professional. We absolutely love our pool and our kids couldn't agree more.

Wow!! Just Wow!!!! We are wanting a pool and I am so happy that my good friends told us about Premier!! They do some of the worst work I have ever seen. Took them 8 months to build this pool. It was finished and now leaking and falling in after 2 months. Not to mention other countless problems along the way. Premier blocked them on Facebook and are not standing behind their work. Joke of a company.

ADDITIONAL: pool is leaking! Pavers sinking. Falling apart! It’s a NEW pool! I’d give ZERO stars if possible. I paid as contracted, but I NEVER got the pool I ordered. Wrong width, length and depth. Shorted me on pavers and more. Promises not kept. Horrible experience and even after everything was brought to their attention, every time I was ignored until I had to get an attorney. Still will never have the pool I paid them for. Now my pavers have fell into the ground. Pool over salted. Salt cell broken. Temp piece broken. APP does NOT work. I wanted a remote. This company does NOT represent veteran-owned companies well. Sadly all I wanted was them to make the pool I ordered and paid for. They REFUSED.

From the original amazing design by Jim Anderson to the actual installation headed by Drew this experience while challenging ended with a dream pool for our family. We have talked about building a pool for years and we are so glad that we went with Premier Pools. Call Jim today, you won't regret it.
